Yesterday, 15 February 2024, we had the distinct pleasure to present a signed 50-star Field from the USS Bataan (LHD-5) to our great Benefactors at Best Way Trucking Service in Fairfield, NJ.  Owner Mark Trewhella is a very generous Patriot who does all our local trucking pro bono.  He picks up food products from Inserra Supermarkets, Goya Foods, Nature’s Bakery, Just Born Inc. and others all at no cost and delivers skids to the Unilever warehouse where we store and pack our cartons for our Troops.  As an all-volunteer charity this is critical to our success.  The Bataan has been in the Middle East since last year as a deterrent against Iranian disrupters like the Houthies who have been attacking maritime shipping and US warships too!  Special thanks to CMC Westmoreland and sailors and Marines on board for their brave work and also for signing this wonderful piece of memorabilia for our Benefactor.  It means so much to us all!!!
