"Dear Mr. Krutchoff,

I want to thank you so much for the tremendous gift to our EMF.  When I was notified, I had a package I thought I was picking up a door mat for my containerized living unit. BUT – to my surprise – it was a big, beautiful package and far more exciting than a mat!  We successfully unboxed it and have set it up in our duty room so our crew can heat up their meals and beverages safely, with style. To your fabulous donors – we extend a heartfelt thank you.

Also – kudos to the shipping team – fast delivery and well packaged! Now we just need to see how many of our team will need assistance with the child proof door feature. Hence why the owner’s manual is located on the top.

Thank you for the New Year’s gift – it is very much appreciated.

During this holiday season, while we are far away from our own families, please know that your generosity has brought a piece of home to us here in Iraq.  The items you send are shared among our team and other units, bringing smiles to many faces.  It is heartwarming to know that we are in your thoughts.
